The Building Industry Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality building trades education to individuals and communities across the country.
Our mission is to encourage all types of building practices through outreach, education, research, and technical assistance on sustainable communities, including building trades education to pre-high school through post-high school students.
We are committed to providing our students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the building trades industry.

GREEN BUILDING
The Building Industry Institute will strive to provide the best practices for the design and construction of all types of green buildings, renovations, and developments that preserve our natural resources and enhance the economy.
This organization, in partnership with the Suncoast Builders Association, the Lloyd Williams Scholarship Fund, Home Builders Institute and the Future Builders of America, will foster new and innovative universal design elements and solutions by promoting and disseminating cutting edge building science on resiliency, and storm hardening existing structures.
